Plot: Set in 1980s Secunderabad. Follows a marginalized tribe stripped of rights who find hope in an unlikely leader, described only as "a bastard", who leads their fight for citizenship and recognition.
Director Srikanth Odela’s take: Says it’ll tackle bureaucracy, oppression and exploitation "without the filters typically applied to Indian cinema". He’s calling it the "rawest, most authentic, original and unapologetically honest Indian film"
Nani’s take: Called it "India's Mad Max". Says it’ll be "wild in tone and nature" with "poetic justice" .
