**Coldest Night in Kashmir: Freezing Temperatures and Snowfall in the Valley**

Kashmir experienced its coldest night of the season on Wednesday as temperatures dropped below freezing in most areas. Srinagar recorded a low of -0.7°C, marking a chilly start to winter. Other parts of the valley also shivered through freezing temperatures. 

Qazigund recorded -1.6°C, while the popular tourist spot Pahalgam was the coldest place in the valley at -3.7°C. Gulmarg, known for its skiing, recorded -0.6°C, and Kupwara saw a minimum of -0.8°C. The only exception was Kokernag, where the temperature stayed slightly above freezing at 1.2°C.

Weather officials have forecast cloudy skies for November 24, with a chance of light rain or snow in some parts of the valley, especially in the higher altitudes.
