BIG UPDATE ON PAN CARD

"The Indian government has recently enhanced security to reduce fraud. Now, everyone who holds a PAN card must link it with their Aadhaar card by the deadline of December 31, 2024. This requirement helps prevent the misuse of PAN data, as some fintech firms have reportedly accessed people’s PAN information without permission.

To avoid such misuse, the government advises everyone to link their PAN and Aadhaar cards and to avoid sharing personal Aadhaar or PAN information unnecessarily."
