Eligibility - Graduate Engineer Associate 2026

Degree: B.E/B.Tech - CS/IT/ECE/EEE/Mechanical, MCA, M.Sc CS/IT

Batch: 2024, 2025, 2026

Marks: 65%+ or 6.5 CGPA in 10th, 12th, Graduation - no active backlogs

Skills: C/C++/Java/Python, SQL, basic DSA. Cloud/AI projects = bonus

Gap: Max 1 year after graduation

CTC & Benefits

Package: ₹4.25 - 5.5 LPA for Graduate Engineer Associate

Breakup: ~₹3.6L fixed + ₹60k-90k variable + benefits

Take Home: ₹29,000 - 36,000/month

Bond: 2 years service agreement, ₹75,000 if broken before 18 months
